Leslie Roberson is a U.S. Army veteran, talent executive, and serial entrepreneur whose career has been defined by one through-line: building the infrastructure that makes great teams possible. Before founding Luminary Blueprint, she spent over 20 years leading Talent Acquisition at some of the most recognized organizations in the country, including Meta, Wayfair, and CNO, and honed her expertise in Talent Management at Ernst & Young.

A pioneer in the digital media space before social media was commonplace, Kendra served as the youngest Vice President at Fleishman-Hillard New York, the first Director of Digital Media at Ralph Lauren, and the first Chief Digital Officer at CAA-GBG. She has guided and monetized more than 200 influencer-driven brands that have collectively generated over $100 million in revenue.
